Q.
Where is it supposed to be on the show?
A. Somewhere in New York City.

Q. When did we see it on theshow?
A. In episode one of season two.
We see the FBK ( Five Borough Killer ) watching a video of
himself (on his iPhone) murdering a woman in a baseball stadium parking
lot.
He then uses his iPhone to AirDrop the video of the murder to virtually everyone nearby in the park.
After doing that, he gets up and calmly
walks away, while we see women in the park responding with horror to the
murder video they just received on their phones.
Q. What is it actually in real life?
A. A public park.
Q.
Where can I find it in real life?
A. This scene was shot in Washington Square Park, in Greenwich Village.
The park's most prominent features are the Washington Square Arch at the northern entrance, and the large Tisch Fountain in the park's center.
The park is largely surrounded by the buildings of New York University (NYU).
It is bounded by Fifth Avenue, Waverly Place, West 4th Street, and MacDougal Street.
It is only about 800 feet NE of the much smaller park where the FBK phoned the police.

Here is a matching StreetView of Wash ington Square Park:

Q. How the heck did you figure out where it was?
A. This
one was fairly easy. Early in the season, I came across a photo of Dan
Stevens (as the FBK) walking past the giant arch at the north entrance
to Washington Square Park. And I also found a casting call asking for
people in a park around the same time.
But the clearest proof came in a series of Getty paparazzi photos
of Dan Stevens shooting this very scene. The photo captions
clearly identified the location as Washington Square Park.
So when the episode aired, I was naturally looking for a scene featuring the FBK in a
park.
There actually turned out to be two such scenes in the first
episode: this scene at Washington Square Park, and the earlier scene of FBK phoning the police to warn them that he is about to kill someone at a baseball game.
At first I assumed that both scenes were shot at Washington Square
Park, but when the fountain seen in the early scene couldn't be found at
Washington Square, I realized it had been shot elsewhere.
